See a doctor and explain your situation. I was the same way and it turns out that I have borderline personality disorder. Again, it could be nothing, but it never hurts to be sure.

 either pregnant or you need some drugs...p.s. you can still get your period if you're pregnant. Yes as a rule it is a good diagnostic but there is always a chance. the thrid baby i delivered, momma had her period the whole time, she didn't know she was pregnant til i said, whoa i see the head....it was a shock to us all...and a bloody mess! 
i hope thats not the case but ill take a test just in case

the winter thing is true as well, your body makes vitamin D (keeps you happy) by absorbing sun rays through your skin, they do make sun lamps, my girl (who is crazy) has one, her doctor prescribed it for her
